GENERAL TERM AND CONDITIONS
These terms regulate all users of all content of the domains www.jupe-by-jackie.com and www.jupebyjackie.com and their sub domains (henceforth: the site). The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Jupe by Jackie B.V. (henceforth: JBJ; may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site. JBJ reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the JBJ web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. JBJ cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. JBJ may at any time change the content of the site
Though JBJ strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where JBJ act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.
JBJ cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. JBJ cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the site.

PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of JBJ. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. When registering to the site, you have the option not to receive any information from JBJ. If you wish to end your subscription to information from JBJ, you may make the changes in your account settings or send an email to info@jupe-by-jackie.com. State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message.
You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to info@jupe-by-jackie.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. JBJ makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.
For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
SECURITY
JBJ uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The web shop uses the SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the SSL icon at checkout. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
COOKIES
Cookies are used in the site, in order to improve your experience of the site. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes.
You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject usage of this cookie or to tell your browser to erase the cookie at the end of your visit. The web shop cannot be used if cookies are disallowed.
LINKS
The site may contain links to other websites beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for content or privacy policies of such sites.
COLORS
We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
VIOLATION OF RULES
JBJ reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeur, JBJ ’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and JBJ can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by JBJ. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. JBJ will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD
The cooling-off period during which you have an unconditional right to cancel the order is seven working days after the day the goods are received.
You must inform us in writing - by letter, fax or email - of your decision to cancel. Your money (excluding shipping costs) will be reimbursed as soon as possible - and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. Costs for returning the goods are paid by the buyer.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days with a maximum of 8 working days. Please Note: this may differ at busy times such as sale times and Christmas. Your tracking number is sent to the email address provided for the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. All deliveries are made with a courier and require a signature. It may be more convenient to you to provide a work address to ensure your order can be delivered when scheduled. The courier delivers Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm only. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, then the courier will leave a calling card detailing how to arrange a re-delivery. As a signature is needed to confirm delivery. We are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes or BPFO addresses.
NOTE: In october and november 2010 dresses are in production. It can occur that the dress size you ordered is not available yet. You may expect that they are available and will be shipped within 3 weeks after placing the order.
IMPORT DUTY
If your delivery address is outside of one of the member states of the EEC, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. JBJ cannot be held responsible for these charges. If you wish to find out more information please contact your local Customs and Excise office.
**International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. This may cause a delay in delivery.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
On rare occasions parcels may go missing, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within 14 days of ordering, please send an e-mail to info@jupe-by-jackie.com and allow us 5-8 working days for us to carry out the investigation.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Dutch law and you agree that the Dutch courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of you country may be different from the laws in the Netherlands and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
